This is in one of the buildings and it has mostly bedding and curtains... 
And here is one of hundreds of stores that makes traditional hanboks that are usually made from silk fabric. The rolls of fabric below the dresses are silk bolts wrapped in plastic to keep them clean. The rolls at bottom right are also rolls of silk. Pretty, eh? 
This looks so wonderfully colorful! You are right where you can get tons of gorgeous silks for much less than here. I hope you have stocked up as much as the budget allows!
