Busy!

Hello all!

What a time I have had lately! I reformatted my compter and could not set my blogger account to English. Before it would sometimes revert to Korean and I could navigate through it pretty easily to change it back. No problem. This time I could not access Korean and so could not post. I finally figured it out today. I could not even leave comments on other people's blogs which was pretty frustrating.

I haven't done much stitching lately. I wanted to start this week, but life has had a way of passing me by. Hopefully this week- I can't believe it is Friday already.

Keep posted next week. I should be back. I have toyed with the idea of stopping blogging altogether but have made the decision to try and pull off a little stitching time- even if it is just a few minutes every week.

I have been really focusing on getting healthy and losing weight. I have lost about 13 pounds so far and am very excited. =) Unfortunately, the hobby of embroidery is sedentary and doesn't promote much activity. Bummer! ;)

Thanks for all of your kind comments. I apologize for not being able to answer them. I hope all is well with everyone!

Stay tuned!

  1. Here are my thoughts on the whole thing. I think you put too much pressure on yourself, just because you have a blog doesn't mean you have to blog on it there can be times where it gets pushed back for a bit but you don't have to delete it because of that...please Lillian never delete your blog! OK?
The other thing is and idea that you could use stitching as a reward for being healthy, since it is something you love. I think you can find a way, make a way to be able to stitch. You just have to fiddle with ideas and see what fits you best. I agree you need to do what it takes to be healthy but I think you will quit if you aren't getting to do what you love at the same time.
Like it's good to be on a spark team and post and talk and encourage and be an encouragement but if it's taking up all of your spare time maybe you should par it down to 1 or 2 teams to be on?
    Just my thoughts!

  2. If we're throwing our votes here, I say, "Keep the blog!" Seriously though, I do think a little here and there of everything helps keep somewhat of balance...And we do enjoy reading and looking at what your latest project may be!

  3. Yes, keep the blog, and come back to it when you have time, and when you feel like it. The weight loss is fabulous! Congratulations!

Crazy Quilting will be waiting when you get back to it.
